12 Week Autumn Challenge
WHO IS THIS CHALLENGE SUITABLE FOR?
All women in every part of their fitness journey.
~Pregnancy
~Postnatal
~Beginners
~Intermediate - Advanced Exercisers
We have developed numerous programmes all of which can be done as part of this challenge.
WHAT EQUIPMENT IS NEEDED TO TAKE PART?
All workouts are saved on the platform so even LIVE workouts can be performed in your own time.
Our 3 strength sessions are pre-recorded and a new programme is released every 4 weeks.
You need minimal equipment to do your workout.
A set of dumbells and a long power band are needed.
A kettlebell and a mini loop band is a bonus but not essential
Each class is 30-40 minutes long.

Payment Plans available. Please note that in selecting the payment plan option this is a full commitment to the 12 week programme and not a 'try before you buy' option. It is unfair to cancel your payment before the 12 weeks are up and not fulfil your commitment as you are taking someone else's space on the challenge.
