This 12-week on demand, strength and fitness programme (new programme every 4 weeks) is suitable for all mums to be who are experiencing a normal pregnancy and have got the all-clear to exercise from their healthcare professionals.
1 year access to the on demand programme to give you flexibility and time to complete it. Workouts are suitable for at-home training. Safe to begin at any time in your pregnancy. 30-40 minute 'follow long' videos led by pregnancy exercise specialist Emma.
These workouts were tried and tested during Emma's recent twin pregnancy. Weekly educational resource email covering topics like:
- exercising through the trimesters
- the do's and don'ts
- prenatal nutrition
- pelvic health in pregnancy and preparation for birth
- payment plan available. Please note if you choose this option you are committing to paying your course price in full
EQUIPMENT NEEDED:
Exercise Mat, Cushion, Small Step (kids step works well), long red power band, light-med resistance mini loop band, set of dumbbells (water bottles work well as a substitute to begin), light- medium-weight kettlebell is handy but not essential.
