Faye found her passion for Pilates and Barre whilst recovering from a knee injury which she gained during a show whilst performing in London West End.

Faye is a professional dancer, and started her training age 11 at Elmhurst Ballet School and The Royal Ballet School. She then went on to finished her training at Italia Conti Academy of Performing Arts where she studied with a full scholarship and gained a diploma in Musical Theatre.

She then went on to work consistently in London West End, TV and commercial dancing for the last 10 years in many shows, including The Body Guard, Dirty Dancing, Dance 'Til Dawn with Vincent and Flavia from Strictly Come Dancing, to name a few. She has performed at the Royal Variety show for the Queen, danced at Kevin Spacey's leaving gala from The Old Vic and many more. Faye has also worked on many TV shows and adverts including Virgin Holidays, The X Factor and worked with many world renowned musical artists such as Kanye West and Calvin Harris.

Faye has gained a huge wealth of knowledge over the last decade from dancing and training.

Faye has completed her Pilates and Barre training in London and worked in many studios across the city.

She has trained celebrities such as Emma Stone and Helena Bonham Carter in boutique studios. Faye gave birth to her son Tobias is August and found a deeper understanding for her pre and postnatal training. Faye looks forward sharing her knowledge and love for Pilates.
